This was the first ever Local Spotlight LIVE, showcasing local Southern California artists from venues around town. This one was featured at Arroz and Fun in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, and featured performances from El Caplan and Sharon Silva, all with Mookie and Byron broadcasting LIVE!
